Tuna And Black Bean Salad

Nourishing, satisfying, and delicious is what I call this salad.  Tuna, a great go to for lunch. This combination is just an example of what can be done with a simple can of tuna and a drizzle or two of olive oil.  Lots of protein and vegetables.  Good for the brain!

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna, packed in water and drained

Olive Oil

Fresh lime juice

Black beans, rinsed and drained

Grape tomatoes, chopped

Red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

 

Preparing:

In a bowl, mix tuna with a drizzle or two of olive oil and a squeeze or two of lime juice. Add your other ingredients, mixing well.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Enjoy a healing lunch, it will get you moving again.
